Service Description
**This is done over the phone, you will be called at your selected time*** Our animal companions have so much to say, whether they are still by our side or watching over us from spirit. Animal communication is a heart-to-heart connection that allows me to receive thoughts, feelings, images, memories, and messages from your beloved pet. To help me connect, please email a clear photo of your pet with their eyes visible to ksellersmedium@gmail.com 24 hours before your scheduled session. The eyes help me establish a stronger connection with their energy. ***Questions are required for your reading. Having specific questions helps me focus on what is most important to you and ensures I can make the strongest connection possible with your pet. Please take a few moments before your session to write down the questions you would like answered. If your pet is living, you may want to ask how they're feeling, what they enjoy most, how they feel about changes in their routine or environment, or if there's anything they'd like you to know. If your pet is in spirit, you might ask how they're doing, if they have a message for you, what they remember most about your time together, or if they're sending you signs from the other side. ***Each session includes up to two pets. They can both be living, both be in spirit, or one of each. Every connection is unique, and animals communicate in their own special way. My hope is that these sessions bring you greater understanding, comfort, validation, and an even deeper bond with the animals who hold such a special place in your heart. ***This service can be done in the comfort of your home or farm, email for pricing and to schedule!
Cancellation Policy
Booking any service through this website, email, text, or in person indicates your acceptance of all risks associated with participation and your agreement to release Kayla Sellers from liability related to injury, accidents, or damages during any session, course, retreat, or event. All services are non-refundable. Retreats are non-refundable and may not be transferred to other services. **Payment plans are available upon request and are non-refundable. Services may be scheduled once payment has been completed in full. **Appointments may be rescheduled up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled time, with rescheduled sessions to take place within 30 days of the original appointment date. **A 5-minute grace period applies to all appointments, and arrivals beyond this time or failure to answer for phone sessions may result in cancellation without refund. **Mentoring packages must be fully used within six months of the first session
